Job Description We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Production Technician who is excellent at soldering. Beyond that, we need someone who is eager to expand your skills to eventually include responsibility for our prototyping and assembly services. On any given day, you may be: • Hand soldering • Setting up jobs on our SMT pick-and-place equipment • Washing, inspecting, and packaging circuit boards • Receiving and QC-checking incoming parts • Preparing shipments for customer • Helping with general shop support • Light maintenance, or organization We’ll provide the equipment and training, so you can grow in responsibility and compensation. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a small company where flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to pitch in are essential. Responsibilities • Perform high-quality soldering and rework on PCBs • Assist in setup and operation of SMT assembly equipment • Wash, inspect, and package assembled boards • Receive and check incoming parts against BOMs and packing slips • Prepare finished boards for shipment, including documentation and packaging • Support general shop tasks such as organization, light maintenance, and cleaning • Participate in continuous improvement of processes and workflows Requirements • Previous experience in electronics assembly or related production work • Comfortable moving between multiple types of tasks in a small-team environment • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and occasional lifting Citizenship Requirement Due to the sensitive nature of our projects, which
