Day to day duties:
• Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and modernization of elevators, escalators, and related equipment in residential settings.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in elevators and implement effective solutions.
• Test and adjust elevator systems to optimize performance and ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
