Quality Control Technician – Manufacturing | $18/hr | Oldsmar, FL
Join a growing manufacturing company in Oldsmar where quality, consistency, and teamwork drive success. We’re hiring a Quality Control Technician to inspect, measure, and package precision-made tubing used in advanced manufacturing applications. No prior QC experience required — we provide full training.
Pay & Schedule
$18 per hour
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
Responsibilities
Inspect small-diameter tubing for defects using both visual and tactile methods
Measure and cut materials to exact specifications
Package products and update documentation accurately
Follow written work instructions, WIP logs, and production requirements
Work individually and within a team to achieve daily goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify small imperfections
Comfortable with fine, repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
Ability to stay focused while seated for extended periods
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willing to learn, follow procedures, and work safely
