We are seeking a detail-oriented Etching Operator to join a precision manufacturing environment in Oldsmar, FL. This role involves operating chemical etching processes, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring production standards are met. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely with chemicals and equipment. Etching Operator – Manufacturing Location: Oldsmar, FL Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: Training on 1st Shift Then move to 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor chemical etching processes to meet product and customer specifications Inspect incoming materials prior to production use Perform in-process and random quality inspections Identify and resolve product defects and process issues Collect and document production and quality data as required Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines Safely handle and store hazardous chemicals and materials Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and adjustments Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Manufacturing experience preferred Quality control experience preferred Machine troubleshooting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small defects Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Frequent movement in a manufacturing environment Ability to visually inspect very small defects and measurements Ability to work in environments with temperature variation Ability to safely handle hazardous chemicals Work environment may involve exposure to physical or chemical hazards Additional Requirements Required training on 1st shift before
