Job Description
1. Work on CAD/CAM, manufacturing planning processes i,e, deburr, plating etc. in order to ensure our company goals are met
2. Create fixture and procure tooling for various jobs, manage tooling and fixture crib.
3. Create set-up instructions, monitor and improve setup time, write/edit new programs, improve existing programs to reduce cycle time, strive for minimal burr and low scrap.
4. Control process/workflow through shop; contribute to workflow prioritization and schedule of shop personnel and equipment
Skills
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in CNC machining on both Lathe and Mill
3 years exp in CAD/CAM software experience - MasterCAM, NX preferred
Strong organization, leadership, verbal and written communication skills
Pay
Starting $55-60K/annum with paid health insurance
Work Hours
40 hours per week
