Job Description
We have a career opportunity for an experienced machine operator to work various machines
at our production facility in the Tampa Bay, FL area. In this dynamic role you will set up and
operate our 4-axis mill turn lathe CNC machine and manual machines working with precious
metals.
Responsibilities include:
• Change tools, tool holders, collets, tool inserts, blocks and/ or holders and set tools
• Read drawing instructions and production orders
• Milgrain metals
• Visually inspect product for quality
• Use measuring instruments to ensure completed product is within specified tolerance
• Programing experience and knowledge of the Fagor 8055i control and servo system is a
plus.
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• 2 years manufacturing machine experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read micrometers, calipers and other precision measuring devices
• Ability to read .000"
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterity
• High level of attention to detail
• Able to sit or stand throughout an 8-hour shift
• Able to lift 25 pounds
